Privacy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your personal data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003 – Telecommunications Act). In this data privacy statement we inform you of the most important aspects of data processing in relation to our website.

Contact with us

Whenever you contact us via the form on the website or via email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months to allow the processing of your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Server log files and Webalizer

When accessing our web pages, connection data is stored. This means that every time a file is accessed or attempted to be accessed on this server, the following data about this process is stored in a log file (server log file) by default for the purpose of system security and for statistical purposes:

  • Full IP address
  • Call time and method
  • Called URL
  • Version of HTTP protocol used
  • Call result value
  • Call size in KByte
  • Page that was called up before this page was called up (referrer)
  • Information on the browser and operating system used

All these data are without direct personal reference. Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not recorded in the server log files.

Building on this, this offer uses the tool “Webalizer”, a web analysis software for the statistical evaluation of the accesses of users to the offer. “Webalizer” creates overviews of, for example, the number of hits, file/page requests, visits, etc. based on the data in the server log files.

These evaluations are not merged with other data sources, in particular with personal data.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are deposited on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These enable us to recognise your browser upon your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you of the placing of cookies and you only permit it in individual cases.

When deactivating cookies, the functionality of our website can be restricted.

Your rights

You are fundamentally entitled to the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data contravenes data privacy law or that your data privacy rights have been infringed in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Privacy Authority.
